Umbilicals International specialises in the design and manufacture of hydraulic, electric and electro-hydraulic umbilicals for the upstream energy industry.

The suite of products includes tensile-reinforced IWOC umbilicals, and Subsea Isolation Valve (SSIV) umbilicals, which provide a critical link from the surface to the pipeline isolation valve on the seabed.

UI’s topside wellhead control umbilicals replace individual steel tubing runs on structures where a dynamic link is preferred over conventional tubing. UI can also manufacture Mux Cables which provide power and communication services between drilling rigs and Blow Out Preventers (BOPs).
