Guidelines and Suggestions for Dive Line end user customers and Distributors
Attached below are guidelines and suggested protocols for our Dive Line products (Umbilicals and fittings). These are useful for both our Distributors as well as our end user community and include suggestions on consumables, life-cycle considerations and matching equipment selection and desired orders to end-user dive environmental conditions.
Standard Sales Contract T&C’s
Umbilicals International Standard Sales Contract Terms and Conditions apply to all sales orders and stand as the final contract terms. Budgetary estimates, market requests, RFQ’s and/or purchase order requests may typically serve as a pre-cursor to UI’s Order acknowledgement and final sales order and may include preliminary requests, pricing, terms or other suggested/requested/desired conditions; Umbilicals International Standard Sales Contract Terms and Conditions shall govern regardless of these other requests. Any deviations from UI’s Standard Sales Contract Terms and Conditions are required to be endorsed in writing by UI’s EAI (Executive Authorized Individual; aka: President) in order to be considered valid T&C’s.
