For demanding applications where higher pressures or greater safety factors are required, hoses from the Flexflow range are the solution.
These hoses are constructed of a thermoplastic core tube, full coverage braid reinforcement of high strength yarn and a polyurethane outer cover.
The type and increased amount of reinforcement gives this product higher working pressures that exceed the SAE 100R3 specifications typically used for traditional rubber dive hoses.
Even with the increased performance levels, Flexflow hoses are nearly 20% smaller in diameter and half the weight of conventional 100R3 rubber hoses. This makes them ideal for use in both divers' umbilicals and all types of service umbilicals.
As with Aquaflow hoses, the continuous manufacturing process used allows long unbroken lengths to be delivered. |
